Misuse of signature in loan document

One of my father's friend, used my father signature to get car loan without knowing to my father. He didn't paid money back, so bank people starts sending notice to my father, then only we get to knew this and they about to detect money from my fathers account. we are stuck up with this. Don't know how to proceed further. Need assistance.

Dear client immediately you have to lodge a police complaint in nearby police station through an advocate in the grounds of cheating ,fabricating, . and also issue legal notice to to concern bank not to get direction. by these steps you may seek remedy. In this case , first you go and lodge a complaint with your jurisdictional police station along with necessary documents, & ask them to register an FIR under sec 465, 468, 471 of IPC. Then take it forward to the Bank and inform above fact. I had a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter

where is the fabricated Signature or signature was duplicated by another person forever loan matter then you should file a police complaint at proper police station because it is a criminal offence and if there is any civil liability arises out of this loan then you should approach the proper legal form to cancel it
