Missing Murder Case 1997 Ghaziabad

My father got missing in 1997, I was 7 at that time. From past few years I have been trying to solve this. He was working in a partnership with our distant relative based in Ghaziabad. There was some payment issue worth 80000. 1) When my father didn't returned home, our family tried to lodge an FIR but it was never registered. 2) The person whom I have doubt on never came to take his money back. 3) He is still alive but call it natural justice all his sons and daughter died a natural death.

We can get an FIR registered for the missing complaint of your father. Also we can file cases against that suspected person and can implead him in multiple litigation such as main suspect for the missing of your father and wrongful restraint and abduction and so on
