Misselling Fraud by Bharti Axa

July 2012, Bharti AXA Life Insurance (Insurer) offered a long-term policy plan "Bharti AXA Young India Plan" with a policy term of up to 60 years of age. The premium was payable for up to the age of 60 years, but after 10 continuous policy years, the annual premium was payable once every five years and last premium was payable at inception of 37th Policy year. The benefit of ₹ 8.80 Lacs was shown to be payable at the end of 37th year of the policy. The policy was issued to me vide policy number

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you must write that either return my money back or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a recovery suit in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
