Misleading advertisement online by a Doctor showing false credentials

Dr, Manas Kumar Panigrahi,Senior Consultant, KimS Hospital, Hyderabad claims with 3650 neurosurgeries to his credit as shown in his CV displayed online while in KIMSnports he claims with 20000 neurosurgeries to his credit which a patient blindly belivedn and his death caused due to his unetical,insentive and irrsesponsible acts. Can we fill a FIR against the said Doctor forhis criminal act besides other cases for compensation from him. Please advise me.

hi yes you could file FIR on him for his carelessness and irresposible nature and his atitude cost a life and that the family could also make a complaint in consumer forum as he is using unfair trade practice and ask for compensation
