Misguide my wife to wrong way and done wrong activities with my wife

Dear sir
I am.from.delhi,one of the guy has made brother relation with my wife two years back. And then he always tried to convert this relation to a couple relation and always convinced my wife to take talaak from Me and also done wrong actives in respect to sexual activities with my wife .I have also heard the conversation between my wife and that guy where he was telling my wife that he has some friends doing jadu tona oand I think he has also. Done something like that on my wife.she was not taking care of mine since that guy done something on my wife. She behave in a very rude way. that guys mother father knows brother sister relation between them .pls suggest how complaint will get registered on him so that I can continue with my family life .
First of all, talk to your wife about the damage that her relationship with this person is doing to your matrimonial life. if talks work, well and good. if they don't, you may send this person a legal notice calling upon him to stay away from your wife. if that too does not work, you may file for restriction orders on the person to stay away from your wife and your family. that should be it

you should initiate with a police complaint against the guy. You should send the guy a legal notice at his place. You should also have a word with your wife asking her to stop these activities.
