Misbehaving, threatening, mental harrasment and forcing to leave work

Can I start a criminal case against those persons who scolded and threatened by entering in my workplace?

Yes definitely... You can approach the police station nearest to your work place and present a written FIR before the IIC of that P.S. Upon your written complaint an FIR will be drawn up. Then a criminal proceeding will be initiated against the accused persons.
