Dear client can you elaborate the issue.... Police have some restrictions to file a fir... If your complaint is not taken on file you must approach the jurisdiction court under the law... Need further more clarification or doubts pls call me

If the police refuse to register an FIR despite a written complaint, you are not without remedy. First, you can send your complaint in writing to the Superintendent of Police / Deputy Inspector General under Section 154(3) CrPC (or corresponding provision under BNSS), by post or email, seeking registration of FIR. Secondly, you may directly approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by filing a petition under Section 156(3) CrPC seeking a direction to the police to register an FIR and investigate. Courts routinely pass such orders when there is inaction by police. Regarding workplace harassment and coercion, you should preserve all evidence (messages, call records, witnesses). You may also approach the Labour Department or file a complaint before the appropriate authority depending on the nature of employment. Immediate legal steps will help stop further harassment.
