dear sir we here by filed a FIR in the name of company based USA one of the un known person has made the statement in the police station saying that he is the representative of the company statement is recorded on this basis we written to the principals for his appointment details they have not replied from 4 months now we request you sir to guide us in detail what type of case we can put under what section and classification since it is company matter PVT LTD
