Minor girl parents filed a false case against the brother under POSCO

The girl age 15 is 7 month pregnent . Her parents given complaint on my brother age 21but He is not done. This are false allegation on my brother by bad intention of their parents and what kind of mid set having that girl we don't know. My brother is telling 100 % not done. Why should till her pregnent delivery for DNA. Is possible to get bail before 3 month . Plz tell us.
1. DNA test can be done even at this stage.
2. Approach high court with sufficient grounds. You may get bail.
3. Till the allegation proved medically, ignore the charges in police station.
4. Court always wont consider evidence given by minor girl.

Hi... Posco is a special law created in view to save the minors from any type of sexual assault. And bail within 3 months only possible for 30:%.If you have all the strong evidence then only you will get succeed to get bail.

Is your brother is arrested ? on what ground police have lodged the complaint have you checked the statement made before police by the parties ? I f your brother is arrested then you have to approach to the court by seeking justice so consult the advocate to do the needful.
