Minor Brother Sexually Assaulting Adult Sister

My 16yr old brother (at the time) sexually assaulted me 20 while I was sleeping. He touched me inappropriately and masturbated while I was asleep. He has done this many times (I realised what I thought was a dream of my ass being touched was actually him), but I woke up to that sight only once. I don't have evidence of it. How can I send him to jail, or at least have it on his record? He will deny it for sure. But it has disrupted my peace of mind that he did such a thing.

You should file a police complaint at the jurisdictional police station or women's police cell. Your older brother committed criminal offenses, filing a police complaint is the best way to correct him.
