For the past few months a girl whom I know has threatened me file a complaint for harassment for asking my money back from her. She owes me more than 10k and moreover asked her thug brother to beat me up and threaten me and this guy lives near my college and I was paralysed by fear since he hunted me, as a result i failed my sem exams due to lack of attendance. She has been abusing her rights as a woman to not pay me back and "ruin my life" with threats of harassment charges. I feel lost and helpless.
it's general practice misuse of women empowerment and women laws.
without police complaint and fir or proper investigation it's is difficult to prove what's right n wrong .
even her brother is torturing you...go legal to safeguard your legal rights....

Where is the matter, you can write a case against the opposite party and write against that girl and her brother, you can write section 406 of the IPC, if you want to file a case, then you will write it.
