Sir can I file a suit against reporter as youtuber if he blackmail?

yes you can file case against reporter if he is blackmailing you. you should have evidences by what means he or she blackmail you. Police will help you and will take appropriate action against the blackmer.

yes you can if he blackmails or gives any incorrect fact, or causes you defamation, or try to extort money from you, an FIR can be registered for the same, and appropriate damages may also be claimed, it all depends on what he has done and how you are affected by it.
