MENTAL HARRASMENT BY ICICI BANK

I HAVE BEEN HARRASED BY BANK ON THE NAME OF CREDIT CARD OUTSTANDING CLEARANCE FOR LAST THREE YEARS. WHILE IN ACTUAL I DO NOT OWE ANY CREDIT CARD OF ICICI BANK. I HAVE EXPLAINED THEM SO MANY TIMES IN VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION , I HAVE MAILED THEM I HAVE SPOKE TO CUSTOMER CARE ALSO . STILL THERE IS NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY BANK AND COLLECTION AGENT KEEP CALLING TO MY AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS NUMBERS FOR BULLYING US.HOW CAN I TAKE THIS MATTER LEGALLY AGAINST BANK.

Hello Good morning I'm advocate Vivek Mishra well According to your case yes you can take legal action against bank first of all if you have received any kind of legal notice kindly provide me so that I can check and explain you properly what you can do in this . thank you
