Mental harrasment and threats by neighbours

I am a college student living with my family consisting of 3 members. My neighbours have been mentally torturing us since we have started to live here. They make false accusations too and always makes bad comments about my mother and father. They use slangs and abusive languages too and are always use offensive words. They also threaten us that they'll go to my father's workplace and cause nuisance there. It always affects us mentally and messes with our reputation too.

This will basically be a criminal case either filed by the state upon your complaint or you can also file an Application u/sec 200 before the Ld. Magistrate Court. all you will need to do is to provide all details such as name, father's name and address of the accused persons. File a complaint against them in your local PS, if the police refuse to take FIR we can get an order from the court.
