Mental Harassment and torture by pg manager

Hi, I’m staying in a pg currently and when I first checked in into this pg I opted for triple share room and now my pg owner is mentally harassing me and forcing me to convert the same room into a double sharing room and pay more rent.nIs this legal?

Dear Madam, If you are not comfortable with the PG owner then you may get back your advance amount paid and shift to some other nearest PG Centre. You have an option to approach the Police if the owner is abusing you or otherwise mentally torturing you to change triple share room to double sharing room.
