Mental harassment and negligence by E Commerce platform

E Commerce platform has sent a fradulent product against an online purchase order. After struggling through grievance team and customer support, the amount has been refunded but the level of mental harassment was huge and their method of dealing was loaded with negligence. Can we file a case? I have the records of communication through phone and mail.
