In a lock down one YP Singh called meeting ,when objected ask me to commit sucide .Also threatned me to make harm in government service.This happened in full meeting on 31/07/2020. Can you help me to file FIR .

Sir, Have you filed any complaint in writting before the police authorities.. If not, you must have to first file the written complaint before the police authority for abatement of commiting sucide.. and if the police authorities does'nt write your complaint than you must approach to higher authorities for the same. If no action be taken by the higher authority than to file a private complaint before the Chief Judicial Magistrate is the only option.
