क्या में medico legal repot or mlc rti ke dwara nikal wa skta hoon

एक सड़क दुर्घटना में एक व्यक्ति की इलाज कर दौरान मौत हो गयी और दूसरे व्यक्ति को कुछ चोट आई थी बुराई के चलते 2 दिन के बाद मेरे भाई को फर्जी ढंग से मर्डर केस में फसा दिया क्या में उन दोनों की medico legal repot and Mlc report RTI के द्वारा हॉस्पिटल से ले सकता हूँ ।

MLC cannot be treated as a third party information. or personal Information .There is public interest in giving such information to the applicant as these are prepared by the hospital at the instruction of the police authorities .This is held by Central Information Commissioner in the case of Satbir Singh vs Rao Tularam Memorial Hospital New Delhi .You can file rti application but it will take atleast 30 days if the authorities decide to provide it to u.

han aap RTI act ke antargat aap report nikal salte h ya fir court se v re request Kar sakte h ki court khud use report ko Manga ke check Kar le as a evidence it will work in your case feel free to contact
