Medical certificate in IPC325 Case

Sir, Medical certificate issued by doctor does not have name, signature and thumb impression of the patient. The identity is mention as wife of so and so, and brought by.MLC issued after 14hrs of the so called incidence. The patient was in full senses, whole day. nCan this MLC be challenged AND FIR be quashed?nnThanks

Yes its validity can be challenged and FIR can be quashed on that basis alone. Details of the victim are very crucial to be mentioned in the MLC. Nonpresence of particulars of victim and injuries makes the MLC questionable and needs to be checked.
