Dear Sir,
It seems the said order was passed by Hon'ble High Court. The aggrieved person may appear through his Advocate and get advance the case and argue the matter and see that staying the proceedings may be recalled. Otherwise the said stay may be go on continuing from one hearing date to another. Thus, the Trial of the case may be delayed for the next few years.
