How mc case on male with no property and no salary to his educated divorced party having 10 yr old boy. Please tell me . Is reopen to reunion best or to prove my self had no resources is best.

hi first need to see whether you had received summons in the present case and whether the court has passed any order and if yes then you could file revision before appellate court to substantiate your case and that as she is educated
