Married man misrepresented and started an affair with me

Hi. M hindu divorcee 29 year old lady. I just want some clarification regarding ipc section 497. My issue is regarding i had an affair with a man who is already married and started an affair with me giving misreprentation that he had some disputes with his wife they are living seprate since last 4 years and started an affair with. And later on i came to know abt that he was cheated on me and there is no issues with wife everything was perfect between them. So can. I registered any criminal complaint under section 497? Or i will not get any justice as relationship build up with mutual consent and i know abt his marrital status. Kindly suggest.
