Marriage Settlement Matter In Tis Hazari

My sister divorced now settlement Mai but 313 and dowry case is pending and her husband delaying last 4 months se 50,000 amount bacha Dene ko settlement Mai 498a/406/34 hi quashing ke liye likha hai and wo 313 Mai 3 aborsions hue the uske to wo ab 313 quash ni karna chati to ab Kya wo aesa karsakti hai
The entire thing will be depending upon the terms of settlement. If the settlement terms does not include said cases then can not be quashed by force and settlement will sustain.
And accordingly the husband will be in breach of terms. And shall be punished for the same.

quash nahi kr skti ...continue rakh sakti h..FIR continue rakhiye..
agar aap settlement krke sab katam karna chahti h tab aap contempt ki application file kijiye same court m jaha settlement hua h but agar time limit as per settlement katam ho gya ho
