Marking Attendance at SHO near local police station

As per my bail order i have to mark my attendance with SHO near local police station every 5th of month. Last month i didn't go since it was a lockdown. Now the lockdown has extended and my area falls in green zone so do i have to go and mark my attendance at SHO? and also courts are also closed till 16 may so i asked this question.

Hi in case if the condition of bail speaks about ur attendence in police station soon after the relaxation u need to go and ask ur attendence and in case if it is not possible tell your advocate to file a relaxation application and change in conditions. surely it will be altered. Yes, to avoid unnecessary trouble it is better to mark attendance. Normally no one complain about it before Magistrate but as precautionary measure you are advised to mark and keep a record of it. Better be in good books of police and your advocate. Hire a good lawyer to avoid all these questons online and getting confused. Call me free and give me RANK 5
