Maintenance case fill in pocso case possible

Accused is railway employee he have son and daughter ....he cheating me I'm 19years old pocso case is filled in fast track special court.... It is possible that accused to accept monthly salary maintenance case fill ???

No you cannot get any maintenance from the accused person. As it seems that you are not within the ambit of any relation of the accused person,nor you are his wife so you won't be eligible for any kind of maintenance. With regard to the pocso case filed, I would say that, once the trial gets over in the particular case the court can provide you a lumpsum compensation amount once the accused if found to be guilty. Other wise you are not eligible for maintenance. For further query kindly contact.
