My brother beaten severely by 5 person and threatened to murder
कृपया पुलिस स्टेशन में जा के रिटेन में कंप्लेंट दे कंप्लेंट से पहले धयान दे की शिकायत में मारपीट का समय दिन और घटना का पूर्ण विवरण हो l साथ में शिकायत करता का नाम डिटेल्स हो और साथ ही जो भी अपराधी है उनकी डिटेल और उनके दवारा जो भी घटना घटित की गयी है उसका पूरा विवरण होना चाहिए l सब से पहला ये ही कार्य आप करे उसके बाद भी अगर पुलिस कोई कारवाही नहीं करती है तो आप उनके उच्च अधिकारीयों जैसे DSP ,SP और IG को शिकायत कर सकते है l और फिर भी कारवाही न हो तो आप कोर्ट के माध्यम से FIR दर्ज करवा सकते है

hello your brother should immediately file complaint to police station of the area where he was beaten again the 5 person with complete details of incident and also tell the police officals to get the medical done from government hospital and get copy of MLR.
