M P Pollution Control Board filed a criminal case on Firm

M P Pollution Control Board filed a criminal case on our firm u/s 25 26 r/w 43 44 water act on some report PCB make party-only firm Girija Colonisers. They mention in an application Girija Colonizers, through its director Vivek Malhotra. This is a firm, not a Company. He did not make any person or any partner of the firm an accused. I want to know how the firm will get bail in this case. The firm is not a human being. He has made only the firm an accused in his application.

They have mentioned the name of the director if the firm/company holding an office therefore that is maintainable in court and a proper complaint .U should proceed to file 482 Petition for quashing of the above complaint before the High court .If the allegations are false then the court will quash the complaint.
