Me n my gf are in relationships since two years, she made so many promises to me for marriage, we shared everything even some day before we had met in her town she had physical relation also with me but now she is denying for marriage, i want file a case against her cos she is cheating with me she already took some money to me i hv a proof. Plz guide can i file a case against her?
you can't force her for marriage but u can file a complaint case against her
and try to meet with her parents also

My friend you can file an F. I. R. under section 406 , 417 I.P.C.against her for criminal breach of trust and cheating. Most probably it won't be lodged so after giving due representation to S.S.P. file a complaint under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C....
