My boyfriend has made up the relationship with me 10years physically and mentally he and his family gave a false marriage promise now denying for register marriage how to make the boy agree for the marriage coz his family changed his mind now
First of all you can't change the mind of anyone who already had decided, even if you can be able to change it won't last long. In new criminal law - Section 69 of BNS -Sexual intercourse by employing deceitful means, etc. This provision which penalise the men who do Sexual intercourse with women by giving false hope of marriage, punishable upto 10 years imprisonment.
