you should register a complaint in the ncrp portal, after the registration of the case. the police will seize the bank accounts related to your lost amount, then you can claim petition for your money.

you have to file a Petition under section 487 of BN SS act to recover the money as well as a petition under BNS act for recovering the rest of the money or finding out the same it will take 2 to 3 months to get the amount back from the bank wearing where in your amount is freeze

Hi.. if you are the victim of online fraud and lost money your remady available before the jurisdictional magistrate court. you register a complaint in portal through their number. immediately after receiving the complaint they will hand it over to the bank. otherwise register a complaint before local SHO there in and make them to register FIR
