Looking for shelter home for myself

I have a relative who drink and occasionally physically abuse me. The more despairing part is the mental threatening and is affecting my mental health over a year. nAs it's not possible for me to take legal action for moral conscience , can the state take care of me for few month if i wanna stay in a women shelter home made for destitute, widowed, sex workers, i'll be willing to donate as a form of good gesture. n*Psychologists teaching me coping mechanism and u can't cope with an alcoholic toxic person after a point of time.

First of all you need to file a preliminary complaint against the culprits who is causing you mental harassment and affecting your mental health. And if you don’t wish to disclose your name then that can also be done. But for the state to help you also need to file something. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Well there are certain shelter which might be for people who cannot take care care of themselves …you need to search online I think that is the best option for you at the moment …secondly you must also forward you complaint to concerned police station regarding whatever torture and harassment or occurring on you ..because intimation is very important so that tomorrow that person or somebody should not blame you that he did something wrong to himself because of you ..thank you

That's saddening. First of all your age is the determinant factor to answer the relief you are asking for. second, If he is abusing you, then a complaint shall be made, your identity will be secured and will not be made public. Third, Your age and family members are crucial factor to determine the best legal recourse.

you must report the matter to police and should also seek protection. there are various paying guest homes, ashram, organisations, NGOs of whom you can take help for shelter. Even you taking shelter you have to state the reason for seeking shelter so report the matter to police and necessity would require police will also help you in getting suitable residence or shelter as case may be.

There are places in delhi which take care of such womens you may write to the central ministry or state department for womens and child and there are help line numbers as well to take care of that if you do not wish to take legal recourse. All the best
