In the context of Indian law, Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code is a provision that deals with matrimonial cruelty towards a wife. If your wife has filed a case under this section and you believe it to be false, seeking to quash the FIR (First Information Report) and subsequent proceedings can be a legal recourse. The High Court has the power under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to quash such proceedings if it believes that they are baseless, aimed at harassing the accused, or if there is no prima facie evidence to support the allegations.

Hello, Yes you will be able to file quash petition, But my suggestion was first you can contact your wife and try to convince her or do settlement with her finally ask's her to take return back her complaint.
