Live-in-relationship with Muslim guy abroad with false promise

I’m living abroad with a Muslim guy in live-in-relationship. He promised to marry and now he is not telling truth to his family about this relation. The family is not agreeing for the marriage as I’m Hindu from India and they are Muslim from Pakistan.

in fact the Marriage related laws of the country, in which you are staying shall prevail, if you are a citizen of that country. however as far as agreement of parents is concerned, that is personal understanding,in which law cannot help you out. Moreover, if that guy is trying to get rid of you then you can file rape case against him if you are in physical relationship as he obtained your consent by making false promise of marriage
