Life threats For Myself And Family

My brother in law is a Marijuana addict and i have life threats from him, he is constantly harrsing me and threatening me and wants always abuses his parents for no reason. Have also filed complaint in Bandepalya police station, but they take no action. Pls help

Dear Sir, You may approach higher officers and see that your FIR is registered. Alternatively, you may file private complaint and establish prima facie that such type of threatenings are there. The Magistrate will give direction to the concerned police to take that person into custody.
