Life threat from flat owner in our building

Our building consist of 4 floors ,and 3rd floor owner is a lady age between 40-48 , single women and she has some man living with her , and he is a goon and he creates nuisance in our building and give threat to us , all buildik owners have problem with him also that lady supports him and ahe is not married to him .. also they dont let us go to the terrace area as we have our water tanks over there and we suspect he might do something to us what can i do ?

It's advisable for all of you to first of all rather than going legally you should serve her a legal notice and in that notice you can write either stop all these harassment or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fail to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction to register a FIR under public nuisance. Dear sir In order to solve this problem, we have to draft a legal police complaint for the mischief and public nuisance created by the man residing with that lady. Moreover, they are restraining you from going to the terrace, they are committing an offence of illegal restraint upon you. Based upon your effective legal police complaint an FIR may be lodged by the police officials which may put him behind bars and deter him to bother you again. You may consult me.
