Life certificate issued without my presence n sold my plot illegally

Sir i have given POA to my nephew to sale my vacant site on 10..6.2015. I've undergone bye pass surgery on 11.4.2017 n discharged on 19.4.2017. Soon after my nephew got my signature in life certificate without date n obtained certificate from a retired doctor on 6.7.2017 without my presence. Conspiracy was made and he registered a sale deed to his own wife on 10.7.2017 witnessed by my sister n uncle themself. . Subsequently he sold to a third person on 13.6.2022 Amount was not credited to me or obtained receipt. He cheated me . AMT involved 22 lacs.All done without my knowledge. Relationship broken. Can I file him land grabing complaint against them.
Yes, you can file a police complaint for land grabbing and cheating against your nephew. Or you can file a private complaint before the court for the same. If you are a senior citizen then you can file a complaint before the senior citizen cell at the collectorate for appropriate action.
