My cousin is mentally abuse by his husband and mother in law since 2years.her husband always used to call her mother to complain..he is very aggressive in nature.he always support her mother and his sister but escape to took responsibility of my cousin..he is totally mother boy.he never give money to his wife for her personal expenses..she has a 6month baby ,he is not even love his daughter.usko bus apni maa dikhai deti h.,he has 8brothers and 1 sister,my cousin always kitchen k kamo m hi lagi rhti gmhai fir bhi usko lgta h woh koi kam ni krtihe alwaz insults her.guide me wht step we can take

This is a case which falls under DV Act.A husband or his family cannot abuse physically or mentally his wife.A complaint for domestic violence should be filed by your cousin.For more details you can get in touch with us.

You can file a case of domestic violence in the court of CMM/ CJM.court can pass prohibotory orders restraining in laws from repeating acts of cruelty. In case of default they can be sent to jail.Besides this, complaint also be lodged to the police.

Your cousin can ask for monthly maintenance for herself and her daughter through court. Husband has a duty to maintain his wife and child. Please take your cousin to a lawyer to know the procedure...

You can file a complaint case under section 12 of the Protection of Women from domestic violence act.
Under the above application various reliefs like child custody, maintenance and also against the mental and physical abuse.
You should also file a complaint with CAW Cell and which may later be converted into an FIR.

File an application before concerned Magistrate. If in Delhi, then before Mahila Courts.
Over there, your cousin can not only claim monthly maintenance, but also her various rights such as right to do some work outside, right to residence, etc.
