Legal remedy if boy promises to marry but does not deliver the promise

My boyfriend cheats me. We are from different district and doing job in the same city. We have 4 years relationship. Last july, 2018 we talk to each other.But this august he said he doing court marraige with a girl who is choosen by his parents. I just lost all...what can i do?? Where m i going?? Our promises about marraige, live together. Some close video have in his mobile. May b i cant explain my problem. My question is that wht can i do and can i take any action? In which police station i register my complain? My boyfriend place or my place. And he got marraid, can everyone blame on me?.please help me...please me..

Yes you can very well take action against your boyfriend on grounds of outraging of womans modesty as rape will not attract as you both are adult and it was consensual and registering FIR is easy without going to police

It is very sad to hear this .Firstly you have to file complain before your local police station then and make copy to police commissioner.If police not take any action to your case then you have to file 156(3) before the court. Before that you have to consult with a lawyer because there are few question arises regarding your relationship with your boyfriend . Until and unless if advocate not clear by the fact of case wn't able to give you proper guideline.
