A new issued against me in dhara 7/16 for adulteration in edible oil. How can I rid of this as sample is fail in laboratory

This offence comes under prevention of food adulteration act 1954. Section 7/16 defile adulteration and punishment. If allegation has been proved, you may be get jail term from 6 month to 3 years and fine shall not be more then one thousand. I will Advice to pay fine and get rid of this case.
