Legal remedy against threat of false allegation under Pocso act

Hi, i 25 years old male and have a business. A girl of 16 year old came to me as a customer and while we got into long chats and we both fell in love. Though i have never done anything sexual with her but her uncle is saying that even if you will contact her again i will file a case of sexual harassment against you. I jist confessed that i love her and i truly do but i have never done anything sexual not even touched her sexual parts. Is there any chance of getting me accused of it?
It depends of what age she was when the alleged crime is committed. Id the girl admits that there was any activity then you can be charged. Otherwise , it is not easy. Moreover, before he makes up any complaint against you you can also put allegations on him of various reasons such that I would tell you if you contact me.
This move will make his case weaker if any he tries to make against you.

Hi, look accusing anyone of anything is very easy. Proving the allegations is difficult. The girl as told by you is still very young and naturally can be persuaded into going against you while filing the complaint. My opinion to you would be not to go any further in this relation. First of all she is a minor and suppose if any fir lodged against you the defence of consent does not applicable.
