There must be logic when an order of separate trial is passed by the court. It is in those cases in which other accused are not turning up and the same is causing delay so in that case accused moves application of separation. If from your case it appears that the case is ripe and one of the accused wants separation of case then state can file objection and the court shall disallow the application.

it is the right of the accused to ask for a separate trial, but you can file an objection to this application as the trial has been ongoing for 10 years and statement of witnesses have been recorded, you should ask your lawyer to file objection in court to their application.
