Legal remedy against false allegation of fraud at work place

Hi, MY CONCERN IS REGARDING A FINANCIAL FRAUD WHICH HAS OCCURRED AT MY WORKPLACE. I WAS EMPLOYED AS A TEAM MEMBER COMMUNICATION IS ONE OF THE FIVE STAR HOTEL IN DAMAN. HOWEVER, I WAS MADE TO WORK AT THE FRONT OFFICE AND I ASSUMED THE ROLE OF TEAM MEMBER WITHOUT ANY PAPERWORK FOR THE SAME. I RECENTLY LEFT MY JOB WITH NO NOTICE PERIOD DUE TO MY MEDICAL CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY CLEARANCE FROM MY EMPLOYER. IN THE MEANTIME, THERE WAS AN INVESTIGATION STARTED FOR A FINANCIAL FRAUD IN THE OFFICE. NOW I AM BEEN CALED TO THE OFFICE TO CLEAR SOME DOUBTS AND MAYBE THEY ARE PLANNING ON A CIVIL CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST ME AND MY OTHER COLLEAGUES. MY MANAGER HAS ALREADY BEEN SUSPENDED. NOW, THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY HAVE PROOFS OF THE SAME, HOWEVER THERE WAS LOT OF ACCOUNTING ISSUES AT THE TIME OF MY WORK. HOW CAN I DEAL WITH THE SITUATION IF YOU CA GUIDE ME THROUGH.

Yes,they might take action against you.but you go and as per their requirement Clea their doubts.As you said you were appointed for front office job,but you were also team manager also without any paperwork.and after you have left job without notice period on medical ground it quite obvious to create doubt for the financial fraud.so you should go and cooperat with the investigation.of you have not done anything wrong don't be afraid.

it is not so easy to explain here in detail, so , in the precise manner I can say that you have to contact the hotel and clear all doubt or you have to wait they file complaint against you and than clear your vision in the police inquiry or face trail. for further query contact lawrato

You were front office executive, please crosscheck your role and responsibilities as a front office executive. As per me none of your responsibility is about accounts and finance matter. So dont worry, if they are alleging you then the burdon of proof of the same allegation is on them.
