Legal protection & compensation from someone who is threatening me

Situation: There is a guy who is posing a threat to me and my family. He send his men behind our back to follow/trail us. He threatens to kill me. He is hacking my post-paid mobile bill, Whatsapp conversations, e-mail, Internet Banking (attempt, though unsuccessful), Facebook & Flipkart accounts. This has been causing tremendous mental distress for the past one year. Questions: 1. What kind of legal protection can I get against him? 2. Can I seek compensation from him for the mental distress he has caused to me? P.S.: I don't have any proof for what he is doing but I come to know that he is doing such things only when he discloses it to me.
Hi, in this case you can approach the cybet police and file a criminal complaint and the police will search person based on web Ip address and other means and book a case, unless you file some complaint there will be no action, so in order prevent him further from torturing you and your family file a complaint.
