yes u can bail grant in sec 354 ipc same day but its depends ur offence Condition and f.i.r Condition and other sec
so finally i think u should check your FIR Copy any Advocate and suggestion for better future response.

yes chances are their provided evidences in your favor can be shown though 354 is nonbailable but all depends upon the intensity and graveness of the crime. as per the details provided by you have not mentioned the subclause if there be like 354a b like this because all sub clauses have different provisions.

Information not complete. What are the facts of the matter???Which court you have your matter??? Magistrate court normally rejects bail in 354 .same day you can apply to sessions. But it may take at least 7-10 days

Hello dear client,
You have been charged only under sec 354 IPC or POCSO included?
In case of only sec 354 IPC
Now police has also right to grant bail from police station, but even after taking bail from police station, you have to take bail from the court when police will submit the chargesheet. And when the charge sheet will be submitted by the police further court proceeding will take place and the case will open for evidence and on the facts , circumstances and evidence the court will announced its judgement.
as far as the the security is concerned it will be fixed by the court looking various aspects of the case.
