legal matter deeply concerns my family. under section 341 323 506 509

In the year 2021, a case was filed against multiple members of my family by our neighbor. The case is currently in Contai Subdivisional Court. Upon a thorough review of the circumstances, it has become apparent to us that the allegations made against my family are unfounded and without merit.

You can quashed the FIR by the High Court if the court is convinced that the person is innocent and has been falsely implicated. A High Court can quash the FIRon the ground that the case is a false case and will ask the police to set the aggrieved person free if he has been arrested. There are many instances where the complainant wishes to withdraw his/her complaint after entering into a settlement with the accused. To get relief you can contact.
