Specifically, I would like to know if it is legally permissible for a boy, who is currently out on bail under a false accusation of rape (under IPC Section 376), to marry another girl. Well, the Girl and her family may hardly get ready to marry a Boy who is accused of Rape and is on Bail. Still, if that Boy is finding someone to marry him, despite knowing about his case, then, the Boy can marry with her. However, if the Girl who got raped insist him to marry with her rather than marrying with any other girl, then, it may create hurdles on the plan of Boy and his family to get married with any other woman except the girl who got raped.
