मैं पुणे में रहता हूँ। महिला से सहमति से संबंध था, पर शादी का वादा कभी नहीं किया। ब्रेकअप के बाद वह और उसका परिवार आत्महत्या की धमकी देकर शादी का दबाव बना रहे हैं और झूठी FIR की धमकी दे रहे हैं। 1. इस मानसिक दबाव व धमकी से बचाव के क्या कानूनी उपाय हैं? 2. अगर वेस्ट बंगाल में FIR होती है, तो पुणे से Transit Bail कैसे मिलेगी? 3. क्या सुरक्षा के लिए पुलिस में Informative Letter देना चाहिए?

आप सभी WhatsApp chats, messages, call recordings और अन्य सबूत सुरक्षित रखें तथा महिला या उसके परिवार को धमकी, गाली या उकसाने वाले संदेश न भेजें। शादी के लिए मानसिक दबाव, आत्महत्या की धमकी और झूठी FIR की धमकी के संबंध में अपने पुणे के स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन में एक Informative Letter/representation देकर acknowledgment लें, ताकि आपकी बात पहले से रिकॉर्ड पर रहे। यदि West Bengal में FIR दर्ज होती है और गिरफ्तारी की आशंका हो, तो पुणे में सक्षम अदालत से Transit Anticipatory Bail/अंतरिम संरक्षण लेकर निर्धारित समय में West Bengal की competent court में नियमित anticipatory bail के लिए आवेदन किया जा सकता है। केवल ब्रेकअप से अपराध सिद्ध नहीं होता; यदि संबंध consensual था और कभी शादी का झूठा वादा नहीं किया गया था, तो उपलब्ध chats और अन्य evidence आपके बचाव में महत्वपूर्ण होंगे।

first of all transit bail will not save you, you need ABA for your protection if fir were lodged against you in west bengal. but before proceeding with that you must be sure that FIR has already lodged against you. Right now, try to gather as much as evidence that shows the relation was mutual and not based on a promise to marry. let them make the first move. police won't issue an arrest warrant. First you will get a notice to appear and help investigation process.

agar woh aapko dhamka rahe hai toh usko phone number or call ki recording police ko dekha ke NCR complaint karwa do, or uske baad ek letter likh do police ko ki aapke upar jhoota case ho sakta hai agar FIR west bengal mein hogi toh aapko phele notice ayega or agar bina notice ke aapko woh log lene bhi ayenge toh bhi aapke yaha ke pune police station mein baata karke hi hoga jo bhi hoga aapke case mein
