Legal advice on adultery with unmarried gal from married man

3 yrs back guy n gal came to contact by matrimonial site. They dint meet jus exchanged biodata n one phone call conversation was done .then it dint proceed as gal dint like boy.
After 3 yrs guy has again contacted gal saying that he is still waiting to get proceed n willing to marry her.
Guy has made gal to fall in fall after repeated approach by proposing her.
In name of talking he has called gal to his apartment n has done sexual assault in inhumane way ....after that she has scolded guy n moved from his place ...as he was loving her gal dint wantet to lodge compliant thinking he will marry her.
But sexual assault his attitude changed from nxt day he avoided her .
Later she got to know from other source he is married recently that is one month before contacting her.
What can be done to punish him.
She can lodge rape complaint with explanation for delay and also cheating etc. In such cases police support the girls and arrest the boy. Not lodging complaint all these days is itself weaken the case. Better lodge complaint immediately
