Directorate of Revenue intelligent has made involved in Custom Case where i am not entrusted to that work. they manipulated the evidence and my statement in favour of them and arrest me along with other persons. from the concerned file i have not made any sign. when we oppose it at various level NHRC and CVC. Officers of DRI are at higher position. No action has taken against them. Now they have made a complaint to CBI. and CBI has registered the Case in above mentioned provisions. Please suggest me what i do to get rid of it. I have made involved with malafide intentions by the Officers of DRI for which i am not entrusted to do and other person has dealt the file.

If you have been involved in a fake case where there is no prima facie evidence or some clinching piece of evidence then you can file a petition in High Court u/s 483 CrPC read with Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing of FIR and subsequent proceedings. If charges have not been framed and chargesheet has not been filed then there is higher possibility of quashing. You may also present arguments on charge when the hearing on charge happens to make sure charges aren't framed against you.
