My father charged with AcB case . Verdict given in favour to us in lower court but challenged in high court and is pending for trial. My father had a brain stroke and he lost memory now and is certified by doctor . He don’t remember anything . What is the legal process to act now

hi what is the stage of the case pending in high court and had you engaged an advocate on your behalf to represent on behalf of you and need to see the allegations and seriousness of the case and you could also cite the mental condition of your father to court
